You can file a claim if your shipment was damaged or lost within our network.
You must be the Dicom account holder responsible for the invoice of the shipment in question in order to be eligible.
Please retain all damaged freight in the state in which it was delivered.
Before continuing, be sure to have the following information on hand:
- Your Dicom tracking number
- The cost invoice or repair invoice
- Photos of the damaged goods (if applicable)
